On the same pieces of glass, I have made some tests working from the full scale drawings.

This picture shows a few samples of the glass. What I have done here, is to test each of the colours to see how long they need to be immersed in the acid to etch to white.

The numbers written on the glass are minutes. This gives me a good guid to the various stages that I will later need to create the work.

After the glass has been cut, it was prepared for etching. In this case, transparent plastic foil has been applied to both sides.
